I don’t know about A Bear’s Fare’s favorites, but these are my tops in no particular order:

Missoula: Iza, Biga Pizza, The Good Food Store, and Scotty’s Table.

Montana: The Community Co-op in Bozeman and The Real Food Store in Helena. I would love to try Lemongrass Thai and Cosmic Pizza in Bozeman, and The Hummingbird Cafe in Butte.

World: Portobello in Portland, OR. The Cornbread Cafe in Eugene, OR. Gracias Madre, Herbivore, and Rainbow Grocery in San Francisco, CA. Donuts Rising in Chico, CA.
